Local ingredients figure prominently on a fairly standard menu of pasta. fresh seafood. beef. and lamb prepared with competence and creativity. Savor Brodetto di Pesce (Kaua'i prawns. snapper. scallops. and clams with Arrabbiata sauce served over linguine). or seared 'ahi with artichoke cannelloni. carmelized onion broth. and toasted pine nuts.
